- Bodybuilders think that side effects of Clen can be minimized by cycling clen. But none of the evidences prove this.
- Some of the side effects like jittery feeling, nausea and headaches get better once our body gets used to Clen. You can reduce it by taking supplements like Alpa lipoic acid
- Sleeplessness can be avoided to some extent by taking the supplement in the morning 1 – 2 hrs before exercising. Avoid taking it in the afternoon. Even this problem gets solved with use.
- Taking taurine supplements or drinking a lot of water can help you in the case of severe muscle cramps.
- Taking low doses of Clen over a short period could be the only way to avoid heart and brain related side effects.
